Training, Consultancy and Coaching are Mr. Hammam's passion. He has conducted and delivered many functional workshops and training programs in Project Management and Process Improvement for Government Organizations, Companies and Institutes. He has delivered over 1500 hours of Project Management Professional (PMP®) training to date.

Mr. Hammam is Project Process Improvement Specialist. An expert in Project Management, Risk Management, Process Re-engineering, Operational Excellence, Change Management, Waste Elimination and Bottleneck Removal.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with extensive experience in various aspects of the construction, fabrication and ERP/IT industries; such as, Project management, Lean Continuous Improvement, Planning, and Operations. He has executed many multi-hundred million dollar projects with a stunning control over budget and Time.

  • Mr. Hammam holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a B.E. in Mechatronics Engineering. Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (LSSBB), Project Management Professional (PMP ®), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) and  an Auditor / Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2008).

    He is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Society of Quality (ASQ), and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

    Currently, Mr. Hammam is a Project Management Consultant for Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization.

    Previously, he was working as a Project Manager / Consultant at the Ministry of state for the Federal National Council Affairs. His job was to manage & execute the UAE’s Federal National Council Elections Project for the year of 2015 which was the World’s First Fully-Electronic National Election. Additionally, Mr. Hammam has established the Project Management Office PMO for the Ministry and developed its processes and procedures based on the project management best practices.

    Before that, he was working as a Lead Project Process Engineer for Lamprell Group plc, a leading provider of diversified engineering and an EPC contractor for the onshore and offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries.

    Mr. Hammam have played an effective role in turning Lamprell Group back to profitability in 2013 after the heavy operational losses in 2012 by facilitating process improvement initiatives within Lamprell Group. He worked on improving business efficiency & effectiveness, increasing productivity and reducing costs through the initiation and delivery of development projects; such as: Shift Start Effectiveness Improvements, 5S Practices Implementation and Process Mapping.
